Unclaimed balances for 12 consecutive months may be forfeited in accordance with the company's internal policy.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Kejap Judi subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

4.1 Wagering Requirements

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the match is cancelled or postponed;
• In the event a match is postponed for more than 24 hours, all related bets will be voided;

Maximum aggregate liability Kejap Judi to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Kejap Judi holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the member and a Kejap Judi representative.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
